Our installations typically include, capture hoods canopies grills, ductwork supports, fans and filtration protection if required to suit your application. Exhausts to atmosphere are required to be colourless and odourless, in order to achieve this and if the need arises, we will provide filtration housings within the system. For example, a recently installed robot welding fume extraction system required two stage filtration complete with filter monitoring equipment prior to discharging through high level discharge stacks to atmosphere above the roof of a building.

From your initial enquiry information, a site survey will be arranged to assess the site and the environmental and production problems you are experiencing first hand.
From our survey your requirements will be discussed, assessed and our conceptual design solution will be developed based around your specific needs.
This could be anything from an innovative turn key installation for a dust extraction system, down flow containment booth or some other LEV system best suited to your application, to a simple bespoke sheet metal fabrication.
You will then be presented with our observations comments and a quote, technical specification and price for any equipment and or services which you require.
Our contracts engineer will take up the reigns and project manage the contract through to completion. AutoCAD generated detail drawings, risk assessment and method statements will be provided where necessary.
Prior to hand over, we will conduct all tests ensuring everything is how it should be. This project will then be commissioned for hand over.
