Industrial ventilation systems efficiently remove hot air, improve air quality, and maintain optimal temperature and moisture levels for a comfortable, healthier environment.
Industrial ventilation systems are designed to remove nuisance hot air from processes which are problematic and return external ambient makeup air.
These systems provide clean, cool air to areas that need it, they resolve summer overheating and general ventilation problems, along with improving the air quality, managing the indoor temperature and removing moisture and odours from the air.
For over 40 years, our ventilation systems have set the standard for reliability and performance in industrial settings. Trusted by manufacturing facilities across the country, they are designed to deliver consistent, effective results in even the most demanding environments.
Tried and tested, these systems represent decades of innovation and expertise, providing problem-free operation that you can rely on for years to come. Whether for managing air quality or ensuring a controlled environment, our ventilation solutions are the backbone of safe and efficient manufacturing processes.
Ventilation systems are essential for industrial units like factories, warehouses, storage facilities, production warehouses and many more.
Effective air cooling and ventilation are vital in industrial settings, ensuring regulatory compliance, healthier work environments, and improved productivity. These systems tackle poor air quality, excessive heat, and humidity by controlling contaminants like dust and fumes, while regulating temperature and moisture. This not only protects workers but also safeguards equipment and products, promoting efficient, reliable operations.
At RPL, we provide ambient fresh air input units. Ambient fresh air input units will come in a bespoke selection of standard assemblies made from RPL’s standard range of modules.
A wide range of products are available to resolve the problems you’re facing and improve your general ventilation. General ventilation and extraction can be provided with our own selection of roof fans.
Roof and wall mounted extractor fans in different styles, sizes, and capacities are available to be tailored to suit your needs.
At the demise of JJ Ventilation in early 2009, RPL purchased the remaining stock and are therefore able to continue to offer the JJ Roof Extract Units and INBLO cooling and ventilation systems.
Tell us your needs and we’ll endeavour to meet them, every time.
Design team with decades of experience developing unique solutions.
In-house manufacturing ensuring rapid response on all projects.
Offering installation and maintenance across Great Britain.
Why choose RPL to install your air cooling and ventilation systems?
Our ambient air cooling and ventilation systems have been an industry standard for over forty years and are found in all areas of manufacturing throughout the country they are tried and tested and will provide reliable problem free running for many years.
Frequently asked questions about air cooling and ventilation systems
Take a look at the most commonly asked questions, hopefully we give you the answer you’re looking for.
Yes. At RPL we manufacture our own JJ INBLO units, Roof Units and Wall Mounted units, and will design manufacture and install your equipment in line with your requirements.
Yes. Our unique position allows us to select specialist equipment from our business partners when our own equipment is not available, we can therefore choose the most suitable fans etc from all that is to offer from the vast array of equipment available from British manufacturers. RPL limited provide imaginative solutions which result in a healthier, safer and more effective environment for clients and their work force.
Yes. We innovatively engineer and project manage your installations and our input can be metered to suit your requirements from initial concept through to commissioning.
Yes. Continued support with periodic planned maintenance and spares for all our cooling and general ventilation systems, depending on your specific requirements and how much support our clients require.
We have an array of photos and videos of all our systems, take a look at our gallery to see more of what we do.
Learn about our process and understand the key milestones to expect when working with us on your project.
From your initial enquiry information, a site survey will be arranged to assess the site and the environmental and production problems you are experiencing first hand.
From our survey your requirements will be discussed, assessed and our conceptual design solution will be developed based around your specific needs.
This could be anything from an innovative turn key installation for a dust extraction system, down flow containment booth or some other LEV system best suited to your application, to a simple bespoke sheet metal fabrication.
You will then be presented with our observations comments and a quote, technical specification and price for any equipment and or services which you require.
Our contracts engineer will take up the reigns and project manage the contract through to completion. AutoCAD generated detail drawings, risk assessment and method statements will be provided where necessary.
Prior to hand over, we will conduct all tests ensuring everything is how it should be. This project will then be commissioned for hand over.
